Although, throughout history, this city has not always had a good reputation.

The Tulsa race massacre took place on May 31 and June 1, 1921, when mobs of white residents, many of them deputized and given weapons by city officials, attacked black residents and businesses of the Greenwood District in Tulsa. It is good to know history, but we will not write about it. We will deal with beautiful things and offer you various ideas for things to do in Tulsa.

About eight kilometers from the city center is the Tulsa Botanic Garden. This is another suggestion that you can enjoy with your family. Staying in nature helps us to relax and better understand our feelings.

From all the noise and obligations we come in contact with every day, sometimes we can’t follow our thoughts. That is why we recommend you to visit Tulsa Botanic Garden because this place was created for vacation.

It should be noted that pets are not allowed in the park, except on certain days. That’s why you should find someone who will take care of your pet for a short time. The ticket is paid, but the price is really symbolic compared to what you get.

Tulsa Botanic Garden hosts various events throughout the year, so take a look at their calendar and find something that suits your interests. This will make your stay here even more interesting.

We are proud to present to you one of the most famous tourist attractions in Tulsa. The Center of the Universe is a place you must not miss when you are in Tulsa. The so-called Center of the Universe in downtown Tulsa is marked by a small concrete circle in the middle of a larger circle of bricks.

This place is a phenomenon. When you stand in the center and start talking or even better singing, you will hear an echo. Your voice will return several times louder. This is an amazing experience that we are sure you will share with everyone. Sing your favorite song or just say whatever comes to mind. The effect is fantastic anyway!

Here you can try delicious and quality food, and the whole ambiance is so beautifully made that you are simply sorry to go home when you pay the bill. And then order another dessert, and maybe another drink.

Just stay a minute longer. Spudder Steakhouse is known for “The Gusher” – a mouthwatering 22-ounce bone-in rib-eye steak. Then you know what to eat next?

Almost two-thirds of our planet is covered with water. Rivers, lakes, seas, oceans, all these are water surfaces that are important for our life. Even our body is made up of water! We could not imagine our life on a planet without water.

It is the same with many plants and animal species. In the Oklahoma Aquarium, you can meet a whole new world. This place was opened to the public in 2003, almost a decade ago. All the money collected from tickets and charitable donations is invested in improving the program and conditions in the aquarium.

So, by buying a ticket, you are not only giving yourself a new experience, but you are helping people who take care of this place to continue to do so.

The Keystone Ancient Forest in northeast Oklahoma has been around for centuries: the oldest tree found in the forest is over 500 years old. 300-year-old post oaks and 500-year-old cedar trees invite visitors into a quiet, uncultivated wilderness. If we were sure about a proposal, it is this one.

We know there is no person who will not like it. Why? Well, simply because you are in a historical place, in the fresh air and in nature. What could be wrong with that? The only thing is that pets are not allowed access, but there is a reason for that.

Various animal and plant species live here, and because of their preservation, it is important that this peace is not disturbed. You will surely spend quality time here, and that is a pleasure you must afford.
