If you are looking to spend some time in Indianapolis in the vicinity of nature then you must visit Eagle Creek Park. This park is the largest in Indianapolis and is also one of the largest parks in the United States of America.

Spread over an area of 1,400 acres, the park serves as a natural reserve. This is one of the best places to experience nature at its finest and we highly recommend it to you.

Events in the Eagle Creek Park

Eagle Creek Park is known for the various events that it hosts from time to time. This is one of the major attractions of the park and we recommend you to check out the event schedule before you visit them. This will enable you to explore your interests to the fullest.

If you are interested in fishing, make sure that you visit the park on 5th June( or, 25th September), to attend the Kids Fishing event which will be hosted by the park. The famous Iron Eagle Paddle & Run will be organized by the park on 17th July where the enrolled members will partake in a run-paddle-run race through the park.

This is one of the most looked-forward-to events in the park and we recommend you to check it out.
