When visiting the district museum, make sure to check out the Tower Hill Heritage Garden which is located on the same property. You can go up to the top of the tower and have a 360-degree view of the scenic Georgian Bay Harbour.

They operate only in the months of May to October, so if you ever plan to see Ontario from a private airplane, make sure you plan your trip in advance.
